Sue Z. Hart has over 30 years of successful Direct Sales experience earning many Local, Regional and National awards. She was in management 20 years developing successful Sales Consultants and Managers. In 1998 an auto accident forced many changes in her life. Sue had to sell the home she bought as a single mom and find a new career. As a way of healing Sue discovered the power of laughter and the rewards of volunteering. Sue has done extensive research on Therapeutic Laughter and the emotional and physical benefits of volunteering.

Sue envisioned and founded the non-profit company, Building Beyond the Walls, a program to build community through service. Sue and her team run a free, hands-on construction course that gives participants basic skills in construction. In exchange for the free training, participants agree to give 50 hours back to the community. During the class they build a small structure for a nonprofit or organization in need. Local nonprofits or organizations bring lunch on training days to share what they do in the community and how students can get involved.

Sue holds a Business Management Associated Technical Arts Degree with a Construction emphasis and a Project Management Certificate from Edmonds Community College. She is a NCCER and DICor Certified trainer. Holds many industry certifications. Sue is a Certified Laughter Leader; AATH member; MBA Pierce member; published author and founder of Little Red Wagon University. In 2013, Sue participated in the first National Laughter Competition in San Diego, CA. Sue has been an active NAWIC member since 2007 holding every Board office.

Passionately involved in her community, Sue serves on many Boards and Coalitions. She is active in her family, church and community. Sue has two grown daughters and eight grandchildren who are her greatest delight.
